Expanding our pediatric checkups and geriatric vision care to dry regions, checking over 850 rural families this month.

In the interior villages of Andhra Pradesh, visiting a primary healthcare center often requires a full day of travel and lost daily wages. For pregnant women, young children, and ailing elders, this distance represents a significant health risk.

To bring clinical care closer to these populations, Sri Satya Society has expanded its Mobile Clinic network to cover 12 new Gram Panchayats. Our custom-equipped medical vans travel on a pre-announced schedule, converting local schools or community centers into temporary clinics.

This month alone, our medical staff successfully screened over 850 families, providing free diagnostics, blood pressure mapping, basic dental assessments, and pediatric vitamins. The expansion helps identify high-risk conditions early, preventing emergency hospitalization.

With direct, localized access to basic healthcare, rural families no longer have to choose between their health and their daily wages. The expanded mobile route is a major step toward achieving rural healthcare equity.

Sri Satya Education and Service Welfare Society Vision

“Our vision is to build an Andhra Pradesh where access to qualitative primary education and basic medical clinics is not dictated by a family’s financial standing, creating self-reliant village ecosystems.”
