About the Event
Our upcoming Rural Digital Literacy Drive is aimed at empowering rural school children with essential modern computer skills. For 4 weeks, volunteers will guide kids through word processing, internet searching, basic email communication, and coding games using our digital library resources. This campaign aims to break the digital divide for over 150 school students who do not own personal computers.
Event Core Objectives
Introduction to basic computing and productivity tools.
Safe internet browsing practices and cyber-safety guides.
Interactive coding games using kid-friendly scratch block software.
Certificate of participation for all completing students.
